Vocalist Alex Blair is quickly becoming one of DFW's most in-demand vocalists. Her musicianship stems from a deep-rooted love of pre-80's soul and a diverse background in jazz and musical theater. Ms.Blair is also a recording artist.and works as an on-call studio vocalist. Alex was recently recognized for her vocals on Downbeat Award winner Kyle Gordon's composition of "My Own and Only Love" (2016). Her vocals are featured on the UNT Jazz Singers Downbeat Award nominated album "I Can't Help It" (2015). BLAYR's debut album "Taste"was released November 2017 and is available on all major music carriers. Her debut jazz album is scheduled for summer 2018 release.
